Decals are peeling off the Raptor

Most if not all the decals are starting to peel off our 2010 Keystone Raptor. This should not happen only after about 2 years. I have e-mailed Keystone to see if they will help address this issue. I realize the unit is out of warranty. However, I know this is not the kind of visible quality Keystone RV wants to convey to prospective RV buyers.

My keystone did the same thing, good luck, it gets much worse!

Got Pictures of how bad it looks?
  • I've owned other RV's and even one Keystone product and the decals never came off. Fade, yes, but peel off, no. I would say this is a failure in the glue, the application process, etc. Heck it could have been the temperature or humidity level in the factory that day, I don't know. I did see another Raptor exactly like mine about a year ago parked in a KOA with the stickers peeling off like crazy. But mine had not started to show signs of the peeling then.

If Keystone does not stand behind their products, that just goes to show you the level of customer service they have. But yes, we the consumers just let it go and keep right on buying their crappy products.

I doubt they will do anything either. I could be wrong. Who knows, someone from Keystone could be reading this right now and probably cares less as long as they still get a paycheck.

It just seems so outrageous to me, the very name of their product and the statement of their performance is peeling off...
  • My in-laws had the same problem with their Cougar. Keystone wouldn't do anything for them. I hope your luck is different.
  • My buddy's Raptor's decals are peeling off too,he approached keystone for replacements and they want to charge him for them,he told them to keep their decals and put "Keystone was too cheap to replace their name on their product" on the nose instead! Good advertising!
  • Typical problem all over the RV forums. The manufacturers are using inferior junk that just does not last. Hire a local graphics sign shop to replace them for you if you want.
