deezee aux fuel tank
Wondering if any one has a tank installed 40 gallon aux. need to no how long it would tank to fill from one to the other. I have had the valve open for over an hour and it hardly moved the gauge

Wood chip, I think you will like it. I have been using mine for 12 years now, and would not be without it.
I like to start a day of traveling with both the truck tank (34 gal), and the aux. tank (50 gal.) full. That way I can drive as long/far as I want to without worry.
When we stop for lunch, I try to remember to open the aux tank drain into the truck tank to refill the truck tank as we drive.
Then after setting up in the campground, we go out to dinner, and I find a Diesel station that seems to have a lot of customers, and top off the aux tank for the next days travel.
My average driving day pulling a camper,is 5 hours. longest driving day was 12 hours (I don't recommend that), and never had the slightest concern over fuel.
