Diesel Truck MPG
Do you guys know what would be the best MPG Diesel Truck to pull my 2012 26 Foot Fifth Wheel (7,580 lbs). Thanks for your help.

That size 5er could likely be towed with a F150 EcoBoost Max/Max. I guess what your plans are, is this a starter 5er with plans to move larger later on?
If so be looking at a 350/3500 at least a SRW, and even a DRW depending what you think your final size might be. If buying new TV then any of the big three would do the job and get about the same mileage.
If looking older, stay clear of any 6.X Ford diesel, all early emission diesels suffered in the fuel mileage, but had power.
I drive a 2001 Cummins and get hand calculated;
13 to 15 city
20 empty open road at 65
12 to 13 towing 11,000# 5er (19,000 GCVW)
