we're cut from the same cloth it appears. I hate sitting at a table when we go out to eat. I tell my wife if I wanted to sit at a table and chairs I could've just stayed home. :D
As far as the OP's question. I think it boils down to what you'll get the most use out of. For us no doubt that we get more use out of the storage and bed of a dinette than we ever would table and chairs. Be patient and you'll find the floor plan you're looking for.
