Well I wonder if he got a meter and homed out the connections or got a cable tester to verify which goes where?
With the proper test equipment it would easy to find what goes where
Also.. I’ve been using GTV for many years and have zero regrets. And in this case the provider service has absolutely nothing to do with the guys isues..
