My Carlisle is loud enough to hear when it's building up pressure. I wouldn't have bolted it tight to the 5er frame if I would have known how loud it is but that's beside the point. Can you hear when the Titan starts to make pressure and determine if it's controller delay or something else?
FWIW to the guys who haven't done it yet... I don't know if flex lines can cause delay cuz of the stretching but most of the line kits I saw while I was shopping had ridiculous lengths of hoses to cover even the longest RVs. Guys were saying not to use flex lines and to use 1/4" steel instead of 3/16", if possible, so I did.
I will stay with the 3/16" steel if I ever do another one cuz doing it in 1/4 steel was more hassle than I think it was worth. It's next to impossible to find reducing brake fittings and when I did, the prices were thru the roof so I silver soldered my own custom fittings together. Craig
