I just got the discs, rotors, pads, 3/16" inverted flare fittings on the calipers and oil covers with my Kodiak kit. They don't make an actuator. There's only a handful of outfits that put together a complete kit and you get a lot of flex hoses with them. I had to supply the actuator, seals, outer bearings, backing adaptor bolts, wiring and the lines. Dexter makes their own actuator but the Carlisle was the most popular one. 5200 - 8000 lb axles use the same inner brg. but the outer brgs. change with each size. It's a little confusing at first.
Something else that you have to figure out and someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I think all the disc conversions are the same... 13" is the biggest rotor and it gets the biggest caliper piston, I think 2.5". You have to have 16" wheels and 8 bolt hubs to get the biggest rotors/calipers. Otherwise, I think the smaller wheels get a 12" rotor and smaller piston, I think 2.25".
At the time I did mine... Titan made their own actuator and I think they were working on their own rotors and calipers. IIRC, Dexter, Kodiak and Titan (if they ever built the rotors/calipers) had the same rules I already mentioned as far as rotor/caliper/bearing sizing. Craig
