I'm looking forward to getting the discs on our 5er. I (see above) ended up purchasing a Bludot hard line kit from Eastern Marine. It has 6 'rubber' flex lines, three tees and enough lengths of hard line to easily plumb the unit. The kit did include a couple short lengths with a tight 90* bend that I have no idea how to use for my particular project so bought some additional line from NAPA. I also want to run a flex line from the actuator through the floor to meet the long line to the axles. The interesting part of the project was straightening those 1 foot diameter coiled up lengths. The straightening 'die' was an ~ 24" piece of dimensional lumber with a slot dadoed on my table saw just a slight bit wider then the 3/16" line and about 1/4" deep. I then cut a 6" piece and a 3" piece from that wood chunk. The line was passed through that slot an inch or so at a time using two shorter piece to get things started then the longer one. The three lines which are fairly short turned out virtually dead straight with a little hand tweaking. The long line (20 feet) is just OK but will be 'tweaked' when cut to final length.
Now - when is spring coming to finish my project :-}.
