Has anyone converted their fifth wheel to disc brakes? I am thinking of upgrading mine and was wondering if anyone has experience with conversion...

Looks to me like its been hot from not fully releasing. Like the other poster stated, make sure the slides are well lubricated and put some new quality pads on. Might even consider having rotors turned to get groves out of it, also might be warped from being hot.
