disk brake conversion
Has anyone converted over to disk brakes? Do they sell complete kits and can regular person do this? I also have read about going with oil to lube the wheel bearings instead of grease any pros or cons?

- If you drove constantly the oil bath wheel bearings might work okay, but they aren't designed to sit for lengths of time. The oil drains off the bearings and you can end up with some rust and corrosion. Not a common set up on RV trailers, in fact I've never heard of anyone doing it.
Lots of people have converted to disc brakes and most seem to be very happy with the result.
