What ^^he^^ said. FWIW, though, when I do jack my trailer, I jack right under the spring perch. Were I to store my rig off the wheels completely, I'd jack it up, remove the wheels and store them inside, then lower it down onto jack stands on the frame. I'd also keep some weight on my 4-pt leveling system as well as the frame jacks...just 'cause.

Our fiver is parked at our home on a packed gravel driveway. We take it out once a month and it has a Big Foot leveling system. I have always kept it leveled with the weight off the suspension (tires not necessarily off the ground) since owning it nearly 6 years. I feel its better for the springs and tires. So for the extended period you are looking at, I say "yes".

It doesn't matter what kind of vehicle it is, if you want the tires off the ground, use jacks stands under the frame. To life completely, at minimum of 4 jacks, one on each corner of the frame. More is better, mid way for 6 and in sections of 1/3rd for 8.

You do not want to lift the camper by the axles. You will run the risk of bending them. Lift at the frame near the axles one side at a time, and rest the frame on several points of contact. Then do the other side the same way.

No have never done that, but I do move the Fiver a few feet every month or so. Good Luck and Happy Camping !!
