It not for the refrigerator as that is on one of the 15 amp breakers.
All the other breakers were labeled........this one is not

Shorepower is 30 Amps 110v?
Can't tell what the AC-DC panel brand in picture but the 30 Amp Breaker is the "Service Main". Turning it off should kill all 110v power to the unit.
Sounds like it is time to do a trace out of the circuits and re-label the panel properly to avoid future confusion. Personally, I like to isolate the refridgerator and power converter to seperate 15Amp breakers if the panel has space. This reduces nuisance tripping by unloading amps from the "general purpose" circuits for hair dryer type events...
