We finally picked up our new toyhauler. Does anyone else own the Attitude FL28AKLG I'd love to discuss the modifications I'll be doing……….

There should be two straps like this one. It appears the straps are inserted first, then the tank goes in (supported by the rails). I am not sure how you would get access to the top of the rails without opening the floor up.
The fresh water tanks are supported by a thin metal strap and metal screws (and they are not tight, like the fuel station.)
