I called and the lady knew exactly what I was talking about. She stated they are aware of the problem and are trying to figure it out. She took my name and number and said they will call owners having these issues once the problem is resolved. Very nice on the phone.
She said it will not hurt anything to let is buzz. If the low sound is annoying just turn on a small night light and that will stop it. Any 12v draw stops the noise.
