The nylon retaining strap for my pocket door ripped from screw, which holds it in place. This allowed my pocket door to swing freely in transit and break loose one of the two lower guides for the door. I tried to re-attach the guide to the wall using small expanding plastic screw anchors, but it pulled out again. Any thoughts on how to re-attach the lower guide...it looks like this.
