I, too, have a sticker that states GVW and such, but it is totally faded and unreadable. I agree that you don't want the PSI higher than the rim is rated for, but if that would be the case, then you would have underrated rims and need different ones. I was always taught by my father, as well as the guys at many Discount Tire locations, to run the tires at the max rated PSI on a trailer. Also to run the max PSI on your truck tires when doing pulling. You can run less PSI to provide a nicer ride during daily driving as long as they are wearing fine.
