Dont know why you would buy two e 2000's generators, or why its recommended here.. The parallel kits are 120v only
The OP could probably run with a dog bone adapter, but he will only be running one side of the panal in the TT... He can do that now with what he has if he wanted..
The dogbones connect the two hots or not? I think they do... But some dont so you need to watch what you buy...
The above generator purchase is not cost effective IMO
To note the OP has 50amp service not 30 amp. If he had 30 amp the fix would be easy. With 30 amp you get a 120v only generator that runs off both windings for full rated amp/watts.

Also note: in America its 120V or 240V.. Always has been.. Not 110v or 220v that everyone seems to mention.
Right know he is trying to power the a/c running on 1600 watts or 13.3 amps...Thats one winding from the generator because of how that generator is being a 120/240v gen.....
To the op.. what you could try is to find your a/c breaker in the panel. One you find that turn off all other breakers on that side of the panel except the A/C... Now try and run the A/c with the gen and tell us if it works..
The problem is most those generators are only 30 amp 120/240v outlet... so you still need to watch what you run..
Here is a generator with a 50amp rv outlet. Its a monster though.. Good thing is you set it up, and it has electric start. Just start it from inside the RV...

Your best bet is to get a 120 only gen like the one above and get a dog bone adapter. This gen will use both windings for full power..
They have these at home depot...

And either dog bone 30 to 50 amp. The twist lock is probably best as it will not fall out from vibration..
