Does HEARTLANDS trailers have a high quality build?
I've been told they build lots of high quality 5th wheels & used a lot of this quality of building in the Pioneer travel trailers & so the Pioneer RL 250 that I'm buying shares the build quality?

Landmark, Big Horn and Big Country are their three top line models. These three go down the same production line and share components. We bought a 2017 Big Horn because it was 20-30K less than a Landmark and just a little more than a Big Country that does not have a rear cap.

My 2011 Big Horn has been great. A few warranty issues that Heartland paid with no problems. Their Customer service Dept. is outstanding. Was able to resolve issues right over the phone. i.e water leak under kitchen sink. I requested just the part that needed replacing, Heartland said they would just send me a whole new kitchen faucet & parts and would pay the RV Technician labor costs. I was not required to just take my RV to only a Heartland Dealer/repair. If I recommended this technician, that was good enough. Would buy another Big Horn in the future:)
