For pet owners traveling, I recommend an ID tag that includes your vehicle license plate numbers. Include both tow vehicle and trailer or motorhome and toad. This way the park authorities can look up your information and call an emergency contact if they can't reach you. It also means that if someone in the park/campground finds your dog, they can walk the grounds and find you.
