Domestic fridge keeps showing E1 message on display ??

I have a 2004 Cardinal 40' fifth wheel . Lately I get a red light ones splayed on my hot water heater and have to reset it two or three times so it will light and also I am now getting an E1 message o...

What is your 12V DC voltage?

RED light on water heater (Fault)......main flame failed to light/prove
E1 on fridge......igniter and valve off----gas hardware fault

BOTH problems could be due to low DC voltage
