Seven years I had a building built 14" tall so I could get a larger RV at some point. I knew nothing about doors, floors and sidewalls, but I told the large building company what I wanted. Bottom line...

If your roll up door has two tracks you can gain a little bit of the height at the door.
The top panel rides the second track while the other ride the first.
Might gain you just enough.
