OR maybe someone released the king pin, left the Butch's latch in and pulled far enough forward to show Butch's rod/bed saver catching the king pin and not alowing the fifth wheel to drop onto the bed rails. I give. :W
The purpose of the picture is to show that butches takes up part of the lower ramp of the hitch head.
Once in a great while I hit that low, but don't worry as the truck and slope will pick up the 5er.
