I'm kinda sorry I ever brought up the subject of butch's latch. I can see the ease and simplicity of it but it seems no one else can. I have one... And the Teflon disk, and never have a problem with it. There's a ramp on the front of my pinbox and the slope of the hitch, when I back under the pin, it just picks the trailer up and latches as it should. I've never high pinned or anything else that everyone is saying will happen.
