Friends we run with have a 5ver similar to size and weight of ours. They recently upgraded from a SRW F-350 LB diesel to a Ram 3500 LB diesel dually and he says it's like night and day. Easier towing with stability making for a much more comfortable pull.
Says he wish he would have made the switch earlier...I've been trying to tell him...now he believes!!!
For those that want to live on the edge of safety pulling a heavy rig that is your choice.

I've had both - and the dually does well with the current rig, but I certainly don't feel reborn :R
