DRW vs SRW Trucks
Wife and I are looking at a Grand Design Momentum 397TH. Weight on that 5'er is 20,000 lbs loaded. I currently have a 2006 DRW truck now and need to buy a newer truck to handle that sort of capacity...

27,000 lbs. combined weight. Tows great at 70 mph.
Hope those aren't trailer tires you're using at 70mph. They're not rated for that speed.
More like 3,500# overweight. GCWR on that truck is 23,500# On GM of the same year it is 24,500#. On a SRW GM you'd only be 2,500# overweight.
G ST tires are generally rated for 81mph, and are somewhat common on trailers that large. It's the D and E STs that are 65mph.
