- Lawdawg21ExplorerBrought mine from there. Good deal, crappy service...still waiting on certain parts. Would not buy again from there.
- Pop-Pop_CExplorerSounds like 99% of the RV. industry.
All is good till you sign the papers. - Pete_kExplorerI agree there a joke, Work they did on our Key largo. Was so sorry it was unreal. More like kids off the street did the work, not someone that should know what there doing.
Will sure never allow them to touch anything of mine again.
Pete - jf831024ExplorerThat's the word, stay away from them due to very bad service.
It's really sad considering how big and nice of a selection they have.
I shopped at all the lots in that area but ended up going with Southern RV in Lafayette.
Have had nothing but great service from them and have recommended them to many. - Luvs2CampExplorerI tell everybody that I can to stay as far away from that place as possible. I agree with Charlie D and just don't understand how Camping World could partner with such a consistent bad reviews dealership. They got me in 2004 and when I go to the CW I will not even look towards their side of the property.
- jody_hExplorerShould have went to Berryland.
- jsharwellExplorerBought my 2012 290RLT Crusader in June 2012. Got a great deal. The service is terrible. Slide motor had to be replaced after a few weeks. Switch got stuck and the motor quit working. Would not return calls. Call Prime Time for help. Several other problems with service department. Will not go back to Dixie.
- ng2951ExplorerI have had good service from them. They even made a few repairs gratis.
Mistake, I got the two places in town confused. The only thing I got from them we copies of my trailer keys.
Berryland was the place I had service before and they have done well. About 5 miles east of Dixie... - Charlie_D_ExplorerSame old Dixie. I bought from them in late 2006. Got a good deal and fortunately my old HR Savoy 32SKT LX never needed any warranty work. Never returned calls and took several months to get my license plate. I finally went to store, they said they didn't have it and after raising my voice loudly in front of customers, the plate suddenly appeared from under the desk of the receptionist. Mark Lemonis needs to take a serious look at the Camping World there as they do the warranty work.
- Ric_FlairExplorerI'm originally from Hammond. Sorry to hear they're being jerks. Penny wise and pound foolish when you consider the bad PR they get here.
BTW, always enjoyed the Pochatoula strawberry festival. I can taste one of those daiquiris right now!
