I'm not a huge fan of evil-Bay, though I loved it 15 years ago, when it was actually seller-friendly. EBay will give you a longer reach than CL, but you pay fees. No matter where you sell it, you have to be aware of scams. I'm also not a PayPal fan, as I was a seller on eBay and PP gives sellers almost zero protection from bad transactions. PP =will= allow funding off credit cards, including hacked or fake cards, and =will= leave the seller on the hook. My original PP account was summarily closed and, to this day, their legal department says that I must have a court order to find out why, even though it was MY BOSS who was scammed for nearly $50k. If you do use EB, try and get the potential buyers to call you and you can talk to them directly and spell out =your= terms, not EB's. I was in the luxury goods business for 15 years and our average sale was about the same as a decent RV, so I do know some of what I'm talking about.
