Found these on my 2015 28SAG. Cracks are running horizontally and are ~10-12" on each side between the wheels. I have sent an email to Eclipse to get their take. Here is looking from the outside ...

Looks like only 1st cross member is welded to frame and the other cross members are spot welded to each other
Is that 'upper' portion of frame just a plate or is it also an 'I' beam like the lower portion?
