Are the bulbs replaceable ?
Unless the fixtures are somehow special, you should be able to get replacement bulbs at any large RV dealer and maybe most auto parts stores.....but you might not like the price for replacement LEDs.
Have you done some testing, like bulb swapping to be sure that you don't have a power input problem ??
