Has anyone been using the Eden Pure heaters and how have they been doing

That's your pocketbook talking. As others have said "1500 watts is 1500 watts". The laws of physics regarding electrical energy are pretty well proven. There are way of getting additional light out of 1500 watts but not extra heat.
