Electric awning deletion

I never had an electric one but with the manual one it never goes out because it's too much bother. I for one would at least try the electric and if the wind comes up, biggy deal, seconds later it is retracted. Whenever we went anywhere and the awning was down we always put it up. Never know what nature might throw at you while away. We where at a Rally and they announced over the speakers that anyone with awning down should get back to their rigs and get them up. High winds were coming. They (the winds) did.
