I have a fifth wheel trailer that when plugged into my truck has power but when hooked up to 30 or 50 amp service has no power. I checked all cb's can't find anything popped. very frustrating can anyb...

I'll second that. First test, disconnect truck and shore power and the battery positive lead. Then slap a volt meter on the battery. My guess is dead as the proverbial door nail.
Second test, plug into shore power. Then have a look at voltmeter across the wires at the still disconnected battery. My guess is, still dead as a door nail. But it is possible that the battery is so dead that it sucks up all the converter can put out, so that the voltage across the converter drops too low to power things. The second test, with no battery will tell you whether you have to replace both converter and battery, or just battery.
