the ammonia idea is the best. It will neutralize the smell in no time. The trick is to put it in small dishes throughout the camper and close it up. Leave it sitting in the sun for 24 hours. The ammonia evaporates leaving you with a dish of water. Stronger the ammonia the better job it will do.
