If you get push back, ask them to provide a 5 year written warranty on the CB ST tires they want you to use, including repair of consequential damages to your trailer. See how willing they are to do that.
While you are at it, ask them to show you the law they are under to require a tire rating to be anything more than equal or exceed the axle rating. There are a lot of suggestions in print! It is called marketing! We have not yet had anyone link to a law!
Or just go down the road to a commercial tire shop! Tell them you are tired of ST tire problems and need a good solution.
