Rent a car if the dealer doesn't have a loaner. The dealer will most likely be able to arrange a rental and if not there is probably a rental agency in Mesquite,. Next option would be to call Enterprise. Final option is there are rental companies in Saint George but you will probably need a ride. Actually bet the Casino has a shuttle to the airport, so you could probably get there that way. Give a few bucks to the casino, either at the machines or buy a meal or two. You are staying there for free.
Once your truck is fixed it will be easy for you to return the car. No need to move your rig from Mesquite to St. George, it isn't that far, there are no super dooper RV parks in Saint George and without a vehicle you will be stuck even if you are in Saint George. St. George isn't exactly NYC, not a lot within walking distance and they don't exactly have great mass transit. It is motorized vehicle country.
