Don't know just what warranty you have, but our GM extended warranty pays rental if the truck is in overnight. Also, rental agencies have a shop rate....just inform the agent, and take them a copy of the bill to prove the truck was in the shop. I talked with Avis here when we had turbo issues, and I thought the truck might be in the shop a couple days. Shop rate was about 40% off.
