Pro flex repair
Dicor 401
Liquid Rubber with catalyst

am thinking of removing all the vents and A/C if that is good idea

I know this has been asked before, and I tried to search, but could not bring it up

  • When I redid mine I used eternabond along the main top seams and dicor self leveling stuff elsewhere. The eternabond seems like a very high quality product that's pretty easy to install. The time consuming part was cleaning all the surfaces prior to applying it. Dicor is, well, what you'd expect - kinda goopy caulk but pretty easy to work with.

Edit - I don't think you need to necessarily remove anything. I didn't. I would be very careful with the plastic covers up there as they get very brittle over time. I inadvertently broke my fridge vent cover and had to replace it.
  • I think you will find a lot of good information in this thread in which I described the painting of my roof with Liquid Roof. There is also information and advice in that thread about other products as well in the beginning three pages. My post begins on P.4 of the thread.
Hope it helps you out. :)
