Evergreen Amped Line of TT Toy Haulers

Hi All,

We are considering the purchase of an Evergreen 32GS Travel Trailer Toy hauler. Here is the link:

Evergreen's New 37 Foot TT Toy Hauler

It is built on more of a 5th wheel frame concept which yields nice tall ceilings and lots of storage. It is a VERY spacious feeling TT. Seems real well made also...

Was wondering if anyone could share thier experience with the Evergreen Toy haulers...

Or any comments on the design and concept would be appreciiated...

Thanks
Dan
  • I don't have one but after walking in one last week it would be my next rig if I was in the market. I would have swore I was in a fifth wheel with the high cielings and layout... I also liked the leather recliner in the slide...
  • Concur, I never even considered a TT, mostly due to the low cielings. When I read about the Amped, it's Z feame and 101 inch cielings, I was intrigued.

I have crawled all thru the AMPED and overall I was impressed with the build quailty. IMHO it was much better built than the Keystone Carbon. While I thought the Carbon build quality was fine (and comparable to our current Open Range 5th wheel), IMHO the AMPED was much better.

Also the AMPED offered the rear porch option and the Carbon did not.
  • I'm also in the hunt for a toyhauler (currently have a keystone Outback 5th wheel), and after looking at a ton of brands and models in one day, the one that stood out to me and my DF was the Amped brand. Much better quality from the quick look we got than PC, Sandstorms, Eclipse, etc. Of course its one of the pricier options. The only other one that felt of similar or better quality was the Lance toyhaulers, but the layout in the Amped is better for us (the 26FS specifically). Just wish there was more info/reviews on the brand/model on the internet.....
  • I looked at an Evergreen/Ever-light 318 bunk house, it was a bad one, very poorly finished. I've only seen one, hopefully there are better ones out there. Look them over well.
  • We just purchased the Amped 32GS, We did have a Fuzion 301 (got into an accident and it got written off, we only had it 11 months) We like the layout, the cupboards are a bit high but just bought steps. We actually have had to take it back 2 twice for warranty work, the shower leaked the drain wasn't sealed properly, the top of the slid was rubbing on the handle of the top cupboard, we had them put 2 more latches for the pantry (the door kept coming open). Oh and another thing with the hot water on demand if you don't have very good water pressure (when hooked up) the water is barely warm. The window across from the bathroom kept coming out of the track and we had to duct tape it closed to come home twice (the first time the just put it back, this last time they have ordered a part for it). We didn't have any warranty work with the Fuzion. I do like the bathroom in the Amped a lot more than the Fuzion and it also has a 12 foot garage not a 10 foot like the Fuzion.
Let me know if you have any questions, we haven't owned it very long but have done 2 trips in it. It's being winterized (for free) now
  • Congrats on you Amped 32GS. We take delivery of ours on Wednesday. Spent today climbing thru it and looking at every nook and cranny. Only found a few very minor items that need addresssed.

yeah that Bathroom with the 8+ foot cieling is cool!
  • I have a 28FS model and like it. Search my username for feedback or reviews.
