This part of the Peterson Industries statement has me somewhat puzzled.

Perhaps it was their Kansas location. Perhaps the offers possibly made to Peterson Industries were so bad they refused in the hopes something better would come along.
Whatever the reason, I agree with most all others here. We've lost another quality manufacturer and they are really starting to get thin in ranks.
