Too many varibles to say how long battery(s) will last. I've had two new group 27 batteries run down in less than 5 hours trying to keep the trailer from frozen lines in cold windy weather.
Wind is a killer and can cold soak the trailer quick and keep it cold.
How well is the trailer insulated.
Battery(s) condition.
What temps do you need at nite.
How many hours do you plan on using just the batteries. Some folks stay in bed till 9-10 o'clock.
