Does the per mile rate usually include all the driver's expenses; fuel, food, lodging? TIA... Lyle

While the eating is true, if not moving your rig, would likely be eating at home and doing the cooking. While moving your rig now eating on the road and it becomes and extra cost. You might have a per mile and per dim.
