You can choice between the denominators:
1. Under inflation
2. Over inflation
3. Speed
4. Low quality
5. Hot weather
6. Road hazard
7. Curbing
8. Age
I can rule out 1,2,3,4,6,7 & 8. Can't do much about #5.
