I have a 2013 F350 SRW CC 6.7 diesel and a Jayco Pinnacle 38FLFS which has a GVWR of 16K. Dry it is 13.5K. When hooked up, I have no issues with the truck sagging. My F350 has the factory 5th wheel prep option. I use the Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel hitch...not the traditional 5th wheel hitch.
