That DRW truck is build to squat. It normally has a natural "rake" when empty. Put a good load on the tail it should squat to level. I know mine does to the tune of 4".
Nothing wrong with that Ford squatting a bit, and I bet while driving at night he isn't getting the flashing of headlights because of blinding oncoming traffic.
He could scale it empty vs loaded, I bet the front axle is pretty much the same weight.
