We also have the 2014 DRW F350. Pull an Excel with 18750 GCWR. The truck squats when the rig is loaded on, but it squats still staying nearly perfectly level. Ford manufacture rates the towing capacity at about 22000 for a fifth wheel (I think its 22500 or something, but I'm working off memory here) If his truck is going nose up with that little weight, it might not have the extra heavy springs that come on the camper pkg, or it could be that the Redwood pin weight isn't engineered too well. Excel for one, is very careful about engineering the frame/build to match the rig floorplan. They build their own frames in house and can adjust accordingly. I know Redwood uses all Lippert framing components, so it could be something there. (all of this is speculation, and worth exactly what you paid for it LOL)
