fabric or real leather furniture
Are there any 5ths made today with fabric or real leather furniture any more or could you order with no sofa and chairs and put our own in?

If you order the 5vr have them delete anything you don't want (or add somethings) we did.
If you buy off lot.....see if dealer will delete furniture. Otherwise......remove it and sell it/donate it.
