fabric or real leather furniture
Are there any 5ths made today with fabric or real leather furniture any more or could you order with no sofa and chairs and put our own in?

Most real leather has a plastic coating on it that give it color, uniformity and easy cleanability. Aniline dyed leather is the real nice stuff. It's soft and breaths well so you don't get sweaty. But it will also absorb stains & spill so you gotta be a lot more careful with it
