I have the same system, my problem was on the right(curb) side. I took the leg apart and found the jack screw stripped. Mine finally stopped working when the screw got jammed up with the nut. There are several options, replace the whole leg, replace the jack screw, or overhaul the whole thing with new gears, shear pins, etc...Good luck, hope all goes well.
