The happy jack set up is nice but you could do a different set up where the lower level is opposing couches and then put a table in between. The blazenbell tech dinette is fine for it intended purposes if you don't go with the happyjack set up I suggested. The RV style dinette is nice but it wont fold out to the way. The A/C is great, don't expect the heat pump to be effective below 40F, they just aren't. Onan 5500 is great, 4000 would probably meet you needs as well
