My suggestion-
Put some chairs in the trailer, load it with tools/air compressor..., add water and fuel tanks, add a satellite dish, tv and sound, full length power awning, exterior lights, and buy a motor home to sleep in.
When you arrive- start the gennie on the moho, plug the trailer into the motorhome, unload the car, and power out the awning.
